Our client is a growing fitout company based near Croydon in South London operating throughout London and the South East. Due to the success of the business and company growth over the past few years they now have an opening for a Trainee Surveyor / Contracts Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for ideally a person who has worked their way up through trades such as carpentry, to Supervisory roles and Site Management roles. Who is now looking to take the next step into a more head office-based role as a Trainee Contracts Manager. Successful Trainee Surveyor / Contract Manager must have the following: Experience working on commercial fitout contracts either as a trade, supervisor or manager. Drive and ambition to develop a career in contract or project management. A willingness to learn on the job from senior management within a growing interior fitout company. This Trainee Contracts Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to ambitious candidates looking to develop their career with great mentorship available. Career progression is key as our client are looking for people to help mover the company forward in the long term. The hours will be standard Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm however a flexible approach will be required to cater for the needs of the business.
