Roles & Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: The Regional Supply Service Controller is responsible for supporting and delivering business objectives. Furthermore, you will gain exposure to planning, forecasting and reporting within the Region when assisting the Regional Finance Team during month-end, planning and forecasting processes. Business Readiness and Change Management Work closely with countries during deployment to ensure local teams have the knowledge to support the key Supply service program activities (e.g. Anaplan / News-Page / Buy-Sell Model/Shared Services set-up/Warehouse integration/Acquisition integration, etc). Act as an advocate for the standardisation of global business processes, data and systems within the Supply service areas. Deploy the Regional communication strategy defined by the Region lead. Facilitate best practice sharing across the countries within the Region. Month-End / Planning/ Business Reviews Ensure Region submission deadlines for monthly results, forecast and plan are met. Facilitate necessary discussions on reporting issues which put delivery within deadlines at risk. Assist in preparation of Region month-end/ planning financials which is required within a very short time frame with high level of accuracy. Provide quality support to the Regional Supply Service and Finance management as well as other functional teams during preparation for Business Reviews with BU and other ad-hoc meetings. Offer insightful analysis on the financials and suggest implications on business performance. Business Partnership with Supply Services Lead the Region annual financial planning and quarterly financial forecasting processes to ensure alignment with global process and timelines. Consolidate and submit monthly BU reporting to agreed timelines, thoroughness and standards. Monitor monthly Regions performance of freight, warehouse, commercial inventory variances and embellishment costs against plan/forecast and report on major anomalies. Provide structure analysis support and adhoc reports such as cost movement, stock provisions, etc for decision making. Continuously strive to improve shipment phasing and drive cost efficiency projects. Work closely with Countries to ensure that Supply Service projects are being delivered. Work closely with Countries to identify opportunities for cost efficiency programs. Job Requirements: Recognized Degree in Finance or Accounting, CA/ ACCA or equivalent. At least 6 years proven work experience within Finance/Accounting. Experience of working within a multinational environment/ FMCG industry preferred. Microsoft Office literacy essential (strong excel skills in data compilation and aggregation, e.g. pivot tables/ vlookup). SAP, JDE, HFM, Cognos knowledge desirable. General system fluency; willingness to partner with IT team on upgrades, change requests. Involved, “hands on” professional. Is energetic and action oriented. Easily takes up challenges and opportunities. Can act with minimum planning and independently. Has strong achievement orientation, consistently exceeds objectives. Strong communication and documentation skills including coordination skills, good personal presentation, oral and written communication skills. Experience of negotiation and managing conflicts. Proven ability to work under tight deadlines, delivering complex project assignments on time. Flexible to travel ( <15%), if required.
