He/ she would also be responsible to review all inventories & also to ensure value is received for all procurement to be followed in all our kitchens. For generating the PO report. To highlight variances & identify reasons To flag up for correction where deviation from Standard are observed To carry out sectional stock count & reconcile differences. For Inventory confirmation and reconciliation To review all inventories & ensure value is received for all procurement To review of Septic Tank evacuation & Payments. For budget performance review and variance analysis To carry out investigation when necessary & generate report To evaluate internal control and make recommendations on how to improve. For CCTV observation
