Job Profile: Work with the Product Head & Product Managers of the firm to define long term product strategy for payments Identify new initiatives and new products that Razorpay could launch and the market entry strategy for the same Work on horizontal projects across functions to drive organisation OKRs Work with various BU heads to align overall processes with organisation’s product-level goals goals Lead projects for customer success & customer excellence through product innovations Skills Required: Strong & structured problem solving skills in an ambiguous and unstructured environment Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs Very strong written communication and collaborative approach Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with senior leaders Hands-on analytical experience in previous organizations Strong written and oral communication skills Strong bias-for-action Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint An organized approach to work Hardworking with strong work ethics Experience required: At Least 4+ years of experience Consulting/VC/corporate strategy experience would be preferred Payments industry experience would be preferred but not necessary
