As Scheme Manager, your focus will be to ensure a safe, comfortable and supportive environment is maintained in line with Raven Housing Trust policies and procedures. This will involve duties such as monitoring the health and independence of each tenant, liaising with other agencies to ensure adequate support and care is provided, and responding to emergency calls from tenants. You will call all tenants on a daily basis, maintain contact records, and record incidents/events in a daily log. You will also have full responsibility for the supervision and security of the premises and for monitoring and reporting maintenance issues. We’re looking for a professional, flexible and customer-focused individual who has experience of assessment and support planning, good understanding of the housing support needs of older people, and knowledge of health and safety requirements. Educated in Maths and English and with sound IT skills, you will be able to deal effectively with challenging behaviour and treat all customers fairly and courteously.
