We are seeking to urgently hire 1 Real Estate Law Clerk Ramachandran Law is a boutique law firm that provides a wide range of legal services in areas such as real estate, corporate, commercial, family, wills & estates and litigation. Ideal candidate will be able to complete real estate transactions of average complexity with minimal assistance and in line with Law Society of Ontario guidelines. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Taking a primary contact role in purchase, sale and refinance transactions Preparing documents required for closing Organizing and coordinating files, client meetings, and closings Problem solving with minimal supervision, but escalating matters as required Communicating with clients, lawyers, agents, brokers, and other stakeholders in a professional manner Qualifications and Requirements Minimum 2 years experience as a Real Estate Law Clerk Conveyancing software skills (Unity preferred) Law Clerk Certificate/Diploma or equivalent work experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and client service skills Confident and dependable, with strong initiative and ability to work both independently and in a team oriented atmosphere Job Types: Full-time, Permaneant Experience: Real Estate Law Clerk: 2 years (Required) Benefits: On-site parking Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent Salary: $37,500.00 to $49,000.00 /year Experience: real estate law: 2 years (Required)
