Career Opportunity: The Accounts Payable Coordinator is an exciting full time opportunity to bring your detail oriented and numbers driven personality to an exciting role within the finance team. Roles and responsibilities · Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records · Investigate payment problems while following corporate A/P policies and procedures · Update and maintain journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions · Compile data, prepare, audit and verify a variety of reports · Perform accounts payable and administrative filing duties · Enter accounts payable date · Post and reconcile company payments to general ledgers · Review bills to the company for potential errors and/or discrepancies · Ensure the strict confidentiality and privacy of financial records as they relate to the organization and its business partners · Perform other administrative duties of the finance department.
