What we are looking for: A new team member with strong entrepreneurial spirit with proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals. You enjoy being customer-focused with can do/will do attitude. You have an in-depth knowledge and interest of digital media and video marketing business. You are having a deep media agency know-how around media strategy, buying and trading. We see that you are highly organized, solutions- and results-driven. A team player with ability to work well internally with other team members of our key departments. You are highly motivated in selling and closing proposals with our premium video portfolio to international media agencies and advertisers. Under the leadership of the International Digital Sales Director you will work closely with the international sales and marketing teams. Key responsibilities: Selling our Total Video portfolio of RTL AdConnect to international advertisers, agencies and trading desks Develop, implement and manage a thorough and consistent sales process with appropriate metrics for sales pipeline management Working closely with Total Video Sales leaders expanding current revenue streams beyond current products and solutions Managing and leading a portfolio of existing advertisers and agencies growing digital revenues Executing 5 external meetings per week Proactively bringing new business projects and opportunities to our digital media partners Evangelize our digital position and knowledge both externally and internally Strengthen and grow our business relationship with dedicated agencies and trading desks Pro-active in securing new digital business Responding to briefs, working closely with our Digital Planning Team ensuring efficient solutions and securing delivery Preparing follow ups and re-selling our Total Video solutions with increased growth rates You will be expected to travel Your profile: 3 years minimum digital media sales experience College or university degree Strong digital contacts at agencies and advertisers Good knowledge of programmatic trading and the eco-system Excellent communication skills and enjoy working with clients Analytical thinking, good presentation skills, well-structured and team-based work Fluent English, other languages desirable Enthusiastic and positive outlook with a passion to learn RTL AdConnect is the international total video sales house of RTL Group. We provide simplified access to all of RTL Group’s total video portfolio as well as from external mandates like ITV in the UK or RAI in Italy across a sum of 12 markets, over 100 TV channels and 300 online platforms.
