Are these skills that you can bring to the role of Junior Content Experience Strategist, Community and Social Media? The RSPB's digital content is vital to our mission to give nature a home - from rallying people together to speak up for nature, to inspiring a love of wildlife, to raising the income that pays for our conservation work in the UK and around the world. As the RSPB's Junior Content Experience Strategist, Community and Social Media, you'll work to improve the effectiveness and use of content on our blogs and within our social media channels, as well as delivering user-centric content experiences for projects and campaigns. Working closely with the Senior Content Experience Strategist, you'll be delivering blog and social media content experiences that drive income and direct support to save nature by bringing more people in, making their interactions with us more meaningful, inspirational and empowering, and providing them with ways in which they can get involved. There'll be data to analyse and draw insights from. There'll be blog and social media content experiences to plan, build and optimise. There'll be standards to implement and champion. There'll be a social media content development roadmap to contribute to. There'll be amazing stories to tell and users to put at the center of everything we do. As a skilled communicator and advocate for content, you'll support the extended content family across the organisation. You'll talk persuasively with everyone to champion the power and value of content and the role it can play in users' relationship with, and experience of, the RSPB at a tactical level. Above all else, you'll be an advocate for saving nature. Nature's in big trouble - the climate crisis and loss of habitat are pushing some of our best loved species towards extinction.
