Responsibilities: Maintain accounting database by performing basic data entry; Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data and preparing invoices; Manage the collection of past due accounts and escalate in a timely manner; Post customer payments; Ensure accurate and timely accounts payable processing and respond to vendor inquiries; Perform administrative duties as required. Qualifications/Skills: 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Junior Accounting; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Very detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills; Ability to work quickly and accurately under the pressure of deadlines and changing priorities; Experience with customer service and client communication. Ability to multitask & deal with requests from multiple clients and departments within RLDatix. This will be a 3 month internship.
