Customer Service Representative will be responsible for contacting and communicating with customers with courtesy and proficiency. They will need to speak in a clear and concise manner and be able to use and understand medical terminology. The CSR must be able to handle a fast-paced and challenging setting to be able to handle the multitude of incoming and outgoing calls.
