Job Summary: File and update registrations, submissions and distributions of drawings, documents and samples. Provide backup documents to Contract team for variation claims. The Document Controller is responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Registration and distribution of drawings/documents issued by Consultants. Registration of instructions/directions. Submissions of shop drawings, documents and samples to Consultants. Distribution of commented shop drawings/documents/samples to related sub- contractors. Update status of all documentations in shared folder. Necessary documentation for ISO auditing. Filing of approved samples with photos and proper description for easy reference to Project team members. Safety Responsible for attendance to daily site co-ordination meeting and provide detail coordination with sub contractors. Requirement Able to work for 5.5 days (9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday, 8:00- 12:00 on Saturday) Minimum Diploma holder At least 3 years of document control working experience in the construction industry Experience in ProjectWise System (preferably in Bently System) Site Office experience in Changi Airport project experience Knowledge of different document control systems Good organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.
