Job Summary Rangadore Memorial Hospital is 210 bedded Multi Speciality Hospital run by Sri Sringeri Sharada Peetam Trust with 23 bed NICU, 8 Bed ICU, 4 Modular OTs, 8 bed PICU, 45 beds Dialysis, 24/7 Emergency care etc. Address: 1st Cross Rd, Shankarapuram, Basavanagudi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560004. Responsibilities and DutiesLooking after dispensing of medicines against indents/ prescriptions, billing of pharmacy items & Medicines with automated Hospital Inventory Management System. Regular checking for expiring drugs and returning the same to Distributors against Cr. Note or Item. Regular Analysis of Moving & Non Moving items. Vendor development. Coordinating with Stores to procure required drugs and to help stores in its activities. To procure, maintain, and issue scheduled and narcotic drugs. To maintain updated stock of such drugs. To coordinate with stores for obtaining requisite licenses, and renewal of licenses for narcotic and scheduled drugs. Should be prepared to work in shifts, if necessary. Dispense Medicine To coordinate with consultant doctors and Stores to ensure availability of required drugs all the time Product introduction after consulting Doctors/Consultants Pharma Mgmt: Inventory Ctrl,Monitor Expiry drug, PO raising Stock Audit. To dispense drugs/medicines to different wards as per requirement. To review prescriptions. To check medicine availability in the stock. To identify expired drugs, Lookalike and Sound alike drugs. To maintain and update records. Key Skills Assigned operations and functions primarily emphasize the procurement, storage, and delivery of equipment, materials, and services.
