The role is making Outbound calls to previous customers as well as web leads with the aim of getting them back on board with the RAC. You will do this by promoting features and the great benefits of being an RAC member along with providing an outstanding customer experience in the expanding Outbound Team. This role is based on a 6 month contract. It takes a lot of rapport building and sometimes objection handling to ensure the right outcome for the customer and the business, so to be successful in this role you need to be: Consistently positive, resilient and engaging Empathetic and able to build rapport quickly Determined to continuously deliver and succeed Level headed with a mature mind set Enthusiastic, with lots of energy, drive and determination Thrive in a sales environment RAC offer a first class, comprehensive training programme with a dedicated Training team, Managers and Coaches all working together to enhance your skills and behaviours to ensure you become a successful Sales Advisor. Great candidates for this role will demonstrate the following: Experience in customer sales - either within or outside of the contact centre environment including retail A proven track record of achieving performance KPI’s Feeling comfortable with objection handling Outgoing, tenacious, positive and self-motivated Ability to understand constraints of selling within a regulated environment Excellent rapport building skills PC literate, with good numeracy and literacy skills Be able to demonstrate our exciting new Values – Raise the Bar, Own it, Exceptional Service & Handle it together.
