About the role: Our mission is to “Keep our members moving” by providing an exceptional Claims experience in their time of need. Due to internal growth, we currently have multiple new positions available. These roles are ideal for people who are excited to start a career in the Insurance industry with a long-standing and proudly SA-based organisation. Experience in Insurance Claims is not essential, however experience in Customer Service and/or Administration roles is required. Your ability to problem solve and make decisions based on data is needed and will see you succeed in this role, as will your strong organisational & communication skills and ability to understand complex processes. Additionally, your willingness and ability to have difficult discussions, show empathy, and your resilient nature will add further to your success. If you are a highly motivated individual with strong communication, negotiation and teamwork skills who is passionate about providing the best service to our members and wants to be in a learning environment, then we would love to hear from you! We pride ourselves on ensuring our staff succeed, and as such, RAA will provide thorough and structured training to successful candidates. Start dates will be Monday 23rd March 2020 and you will go straight into product & systems training for 4 weeks. Responsibilities: Delivering fantastic member service experience with every interaction; Accurately interpreting and applying policy conditions to settle claims; Effectively liaising with stakeholders such as Assessors, Loss Adjusters, Investigators and Solicitors; Efficiently and correctly processing claims to achieve successful claim outcomes; Ensuring compliance with relevant government legislation; and Ability to achieve set KPI’s and quality targets consistently. What you need: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; The ability to show empathy to customers who have suffered loss; Outstanding quality of work, organisational skills and the ability to multi-task; A positive can-do attitude and great team worker; Experience in the Insurance industry will be highly regarded, but not essential; and Experience in customer service essential for entry level roles What we offer: Free RAA Premium Road Service & Home Security Monitoring; Discounts on all RAA Products and Services; Ongoing Training & Development Opportunities & Study Support Program; Onsite Massage, Wellbeing Facilities and Corporate Health Insurance Plan; Annual Bonus Incentive; On-site Café.
