To help propel us into the next stage of our success, we're looking for a Director, Branding to market our brand. The successful individual will primarily oversee B2C marketing initiatives and will need to be familiar with all communication methods, such as but not limited to, email, social media, events, and partnerships. These channels in conjunction with other marketing initiatives are all geared towards the creation and solidification of consumer awareness of the OneClose Inc. brand. What the role looks like: creating the social media and building regular content to communicate across channels providing market research information for developing, establishing and maintaining marketing strategies that correspond with the organization's goals and objectives using data to inform decisions and actions, measuring the information to ensure KPIs are being met and to generate new actions a collaborative work focus towards internal and external teams driving co-marketing initiatives with our builders, lenders, and partners directing initiatives from the top, but also getting your "hands dirty" while we scale creating our brand guidelines and marketing collateral and ensuring adherence thereof Evaluating and managing the financial aspects of marketing, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. Establishing OCI's product value proposition and distribute to the market What you bring to the table: Degree in Business or related field of study, with focus in marketing Experience working in a PropTech or FinTech considered an asset Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing primarily in B2C; some B2B an asset knowledge of market research and corporate development Data driven individual who uses data to inform strategic plans Knowledge of campaign measurement, ROI analysis Proven ability to execute a broad and diverse range of marketing projects Ability to demonstrate innovation daily by looking for new and better ways to obtain relevant insights and achieve objectives A zest to pursue all potential opportunities and to promote our products to customers while increasing the client base About Us: OneClose Inc has revolutionized the Condominium Industry by solving for the problem and introducing a solution to eliminate interim occupancy interest payments for home buyers across Ontario.
