CS degree is preferable. 2 Thorough understanding and knowledge of all commercial laws and regulatory framework around the NBFC/ Fin-tech industry including Corporate Law, Contract Act, IPR Laws, Information Technology Laws, Data Protection Law, Central and State Stamp and Registration Acts, RBI regulations including outsourcing guidelines applicable to NBFCs. 3 Litigation experience is desired.
