You will diagnose and repair faults and provide top class end to end customer experience. Here is an overview of your main responsibilities: Providing support to users during normal business hours and when required in accordance with the on-call rota Diagnosing and repairing faults Troubleshooting technical issues Resolving network issues Able to meet SLA’s on time Configuration of hardware and software Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem Providing timely and accurate customer feedback Talking to customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem Providing support in the form of a procedural documentation Managing multiple cases at one time Communicate clearly and effectively to end users, colleagues and management to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain detailed records of daily interactions with customers, installation activities, reported issues and completed solutions Develop training manuals and troubleshooting procedures to help both support personnel and end users To be successful in this role you will have: Previous experience in tech support, desktop or similar Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software Attention to detail Good problem solving skills Excellent interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communications Highly motivated and driven Good team player, with the desire to inspire and develop the team Experience of the telecommunications industry, ideally About Us We believe everyone should be able to access fast reliable Ultra-fast internet, and we are proud to enable our customers to do this. There are currently 38 in our organisation, encompassing installations, new business development, customer support (both 1st and 2nd Line Technical support), and call centre operations (3rd party). You will be reporting directly to our Head of Customer Experience, Gemma, who sees this role as vital to Quickline’s success.
