We are looking for a motivated Reservations Agent who can help us achieve our goals. Together with the Reservations Team you are responsible for 5 hotels in Amsterdam, 4 in Berlin and 1 in Prague. You will work from our head office located in Cruquius. A number of your tasks are: Processing reservations by email and phone. Processing cancellations and modifications. Communicating reservation information to the Front Office. Assisting Front Office when required. Implementing hotel’s policy. Providing service to guests. We expect the following from you: You are fluent in English. You can speak and understand Czech. Good communicative skills. Relevant experience desired. Are you interested?
