The role Influential role in a small, fast-paced team Opportunity to prove the value of effective service management and radically improve internal customer satisfaction Design and lead the implementation of QTC’s: IT service catalogue and portal to optimise customer experience and streamline fulfilment Fit-for-purpose CMDB to record an accurate current-state picture of our hardware and software assets Best-practice ITIL processes as a future-state view driving operational maturity Service integration framework using principles from SIAM™ to combine the services from multiple vendors into joined up offerings Service management tooling strategy to ensure we retain ownership of information and knowledge in the multi-vendor outsourced environment Required experience 5+ years’ experience implementing and working with a range of IT service management tools including ServiceNow 5+ years’ experience of ITIL processes and their practical implementation, specifically relating to service transition and service operation Proven experience running large ITSM transformation program streams Good working knowledge and experience of SIAM™ and its implementation The culture Our organisational culture has been recognised within the top 10 per cent of organisations by a leading industry body.
