What You’ll Do: Own the product vision, strategy and road map of Quark’s Content Enablement Platform. Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Enterprise Content Enablement and its applications across verticals. Own and execute product launch plans. Assist marketing in executing go-to-market plans. Drive all external communications related to product, including customers, prospects and partners. Conduct product training for Sales and Pre-sales. Evangelise the product at trade shows, conferences, and webinars. Manage the Product Backlog in Azure DevOps. Interact directly with existing and prospective customers to analyse their business requirements and identify items to add to the Product Backlog. Interact with the Customer Success team, to participate in Quarterly Business Reviews, and understand current customer feedback on the products, and identify additions to the product backlog. Interact with the Enterprise Support team on customer reported issues and provide guidance as to the expected behavior of the software, and identify whether any reported issues should be scoped as enhancements to the products. Research current market trends, and other competitive products in the market. Work with engineering leads to develop release plans and schedules, creating product specifications, detailing and prioritizing requirement in a collaborative manner with the cross functional team comprising of UX, developers, and QA. Assist documentation in the creation of release specific product documentation. Conduct regular meeting with the development team to ensure features are implemented properly and as per schedule. What we’re looking for: MBA or MS/B.Tech/BE from a premier institute with 12 years of total IT experience. 5-7 years of strong, proven track record in product management at a SaaS/Enterprise software company with international exposure. Subject Matter expertise in any of the following fields – Content Marketing Platforms, Investment Research, Sales Enablement, CRM, Marketing Automation, ECM, Web Content Management, Publishing Systems, or Content Automation systems. Experience with cloud software delivery in a B2B context. Strong organization skills, including ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing initiatives at a fast pace. Proven ability to think abstractly and develop creative solutions to real world problems. Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle methods.
