Job Summary Job description Good Hands on Genesys Product (Pure Connect) all applications and software of pure connect, Forex, Interaction administration, interaction attendant, IS System manager, Lines configuration software in Inbound and Outbound. Good knowledge of Windows servers (We are using Windows server 2012R2) as well Linux servers and desktop. Good knowledge of networking firewall and load balance (Mikrotik) Manage secure network access for remote users, Running regular checks on the network and data security. Implementing and managing security or Integrity and backup procedures. Ensuring all relevant communications and data are updated and recorded. (techniques for that and daily checking). Designing maintenance procedures and putting them into operation. Managing the daily running of the call center, including sourcing equipment. Setting/meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency. Good hands on MYSQL so that, we can automate and can fetch reports directly from the database as we required. Maintaining up to date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks. Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying training needs and planning training sessions. Organizing shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand, also coaching, motivating and retaining staff. Selecting and purchasing appropriate hardware and software, managing IT budgets, ensuring software licensing laws are followed. Good knowledge of Linux scripts so that we can automate our system as much as we can. Knowledge of Tally service. Conducting regular system audits.
