Manufacturing Manager Job Description As a Manufacturing Manager you will perform front line leadership role in support of associates in assigned work area. Set-up, tear down and troubleshoot dip molding and dip coating machines Assist in directing plant activities to achieve optimum utilization of machinery and equipment, and maximum efficiency of operations Manage day to day plant operations Must have considerable knowledge of manufacturing processes Spend 99% of the day on the manufacturing floor learning the process Qualifications What we will be looking for in you: Essential: Strong mechanical abilities Electrical abilities Critical Thinker Previous manufacturing experience preferred Willing to work long hours Able to work in conditions involving fluctuation of heat and cold Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
