Technical Sales Coordinator < This role will be responsible for providing technical service/engineering support/customer service to customers, engineering, product management and sales partners. Trouble-shoot technical issues and coordinate/prepare technical quotations for the Steridose team. Specific responsibilities will include: Assess customer questions, concerns and comments expeditiously and with a focus on troubleshooting and providing excellent customer service Troubleshooting machine issues and preparing technical solutions Preparing detailed proposals/quotes for equipment, critical replacement parts and/or service requirements Handle or re-direct general product and parts inquiries (ie. Technical/Application inquiries) Coordinating with manufacturing operations & logistics teams to execute on customer orders Provide on-site services to customers for FAT/SAT support and troubleshooting Addressing warranty claims and coordinating Return Materials Authorizations (RMA’s) Some travel will be required The successful candidate will possess the following education and competencies: Related post-secondary education or equivalent experience 1-3 years of related experience providing customer service in a manufacturing/technical sales environment preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Customer service orientated Solid technical aptitude – ability to read and interpret engineering drawings for mechanical equipment.
