The Opportunity We are currently seeking experienced HR Coordinator to join our People & Culture team on a full time permanent basis located in our Clayfield Head office. This is a terrific opportunity for a highly driven individual who would like to accelerate their HR career while developing broad generalist HR knowledge and assisting in implementing best practices within our growing organisaiton. Core duties Assist with all HR Administration and recruitment Assist in the development of HR policies, forms and procedures Assist with any Work Health & Safety activities such as incident review, workers compensations, return to work and any other follow up required. Assist with required compliance documentation The successful candidate will have: A minimum of 5 years in a HR Administration role or similar. High attention to detail and the ability to follow business processes. Strong ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently or in a team. Qualification in Human Resources essential.
