The opportunity The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) enables QBE to achieve desired outcomes by aligning change initiatives to the strategic priorities, governing funding approvals for major investments and, driving benefits definition and tracking. As an EPMO Manager you will be working across the EPMO to support the development of a robust portfolio level view of delivery performance (overall status, risks, key milestones, costs and benefits) across QBE that provides visibility for key stakeholders. You will utilise your skill set to, amongst other things: Analysing and investigating specific or systemic delivery issues in the portfolio and major programs that leads to better delivery outcomes. Support in preparing key materials and inputs that enable effective decision making on the change portfolio by key governance bodies such as the GEC and Group Board. Evolve the EPMO to reflect multiple delivery modes and other emerging ways of delivering change initiatives. Working collaboratively and building the EPMO brand across QBE as an enabler, trusted advisor and partner. Collaborate with the Group Change Lead to continue with the embedment of transformation delivery standards and the delivery framework across QBE in the already defined communication channels.
