Roles & Responsibilities Job Description: Produce BIM Drawings/Drafting documents for one or more services Produce M&E Shop-Drawings according to requirements Coordinate with professional staff on reviewing models and comments Update the necessary changes in drawing as per comments given by team members Perform checks on M&E Drawings Update Shop-Drawing list Support Project Team on shop-drawing submission Prepare BOM base on BIM Liaise with Project Manager and Engineers on drawing submission and approval Other adhoc duties as assigned Job Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction / M&E industry such as commercial building, industrial buildings, ship yard projects, government projects, schools etc. Competent in reading / understanding construction drawings (architectural, structural, electrical & mechanical) Good knowledge of Combined Services Drawings Proficient in Autocad / BIM / Revit / Microstation / Eplan software etc. Good interpersonal & communication skills Experience in LTA / MRT projects will be advantageous
