The Financial Reporting team is recruiting Financial Reporting Analysts for full-time positions. The Financial Reporting Analysts will report into the manager of the Financial Reporting team and will be responsible for the responsibilities set out below: Primary Responsibilities Preparation of draft financial statements under US GAAP or IFRS for medium-high complexity funds; Review of draft financial statements for low-medium complexity funds produced in offshore teams; Assist clients and auditors with respect to queries in relation to the draft financial statements Competencies Required 2+ years’ experience in drafting and reviewing financial statements Experience managing the preparation and audit of the financial statements from start to finish, engaging with auditors and clients throughout the process Part or fully qualified ACCA or equivalent Bachelor’s degree, ideally in accounting Stellar verbal and written communication skills Positive, outgoing, trainable, and adaptable personality Strong Excel and Word skills Strong ability to multi-task Detail-oriented mindset and proficient under pressure Excellent time and people management skills Compensation: Competitive pay Discretionary annual bonus Medical coverage and pension Generous paid vacation and sick days Creative work environment.
