Position Overview In order to further strengthen our Finance team at our Sales site in Dunboyne (IRE), we are currently seeking a: Site Controller (Dunboyne, Ireland) Your mission is to enhance visibility of IRE site, perform financial analysis and control on site performance. Plan, report and critically propose areas of improved performance management. Align with external shared service providers where and when needed. Assist GM in monitoring and planning commercial operations, perform financial modelling and assist in business decision making. Plan, report and critically propose areas of improved performance management Key Accountabilities Commercial Control & Analysis Review and propose action per Sales performance per channel and BU. Report and analyse on Gross and Production Margin v Budget and FC. Submit reports to sales directors. Provide and comment on monthly variance analysis v Budget and strategic plan. POP and Balloon. Discuss metrics with connected departments, report and follow up. Embed actions on a monthly basis on product portfolio. Assist in new product costing and reformulations and assist in developing the pricing tools. Maintain pricing / costing files for site as an input for the purchasing department. Financial Control & Analysis Prepare and submit Budget, Forecast, LRP. Ensure timely completion of commercial accounts in BFC in the areas not covered from Puratos external partners. Flag Working Capital performance to GM and collaborate with connected departments for control when needed. Prepare financial modelling per business requests, ad hoc projects, business activities. Capex tracker maintenance and reconciliation on a monthly basis with BFC and SAP. Review proposals and perform investment analysis. Timely completion of VAT and Tax Returns Point of contact for Internal & External Auditors Operations Control & Analysis Assist supply chain in distribution and plan and follow routes and costing issues. Monitor cost per Ton and produce variance analysis. Monitor and analyse costs, overtime, agency costs, overheads. Analyse inefficiencies and take action along with relevant departments. Review key assumptions for service level per site and produce reporting. Partner with departments so as to assist management in understanding the root cause and proceed in corrections. Analyse complains source and report on a weekly basis. Suggest relevant action and follow Profile Post graduate in the field of Finance. ACCA, CIMA is a must have. Experience in financial / business planning, finance or accounting department. Good communication and management skills. A good knowledge of Excel, SAP, power point. Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools like Cognos, QlikView is a plus. Analytical, hands-on, initiative taking, result driven.
