Logistic & Fleet Supervisor Location: Batang Kali, Selangor Job Type: Permanent Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Maintain and enhance customer relations through on-time and safety-conscious delivery and collection. 2. Schedule, route, maintain, and track transport vehicles for collections and deliveries. 3. Liaise with other relevant department to ensure the smoothly arrangement of the shipment. 4. Manage drivers and ensure that all drivers understand and procure the licenses and permits they need to legally carry loads to designated destinations. 5. Resolve disputes, breakdowns and issues that affecting the vehicles, collections and deliveries. 6. Ensure that all load paperwork associated with each run is accurate and submitted to the proper people. Recordkeeping. 7. Registering and licensing all vehicles, including other company’s cars. 8. Maintain detailed records of all vehicles, including other company’s cars, servicing and inspections. Schedule regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency. 9. Analyze the effectiveness of operations. 10. Establish and monitoring a departmental and fleet budget. 11. Other ad-hoc and special project when required. Qualifications & Skills 1. Associate Degree in Logistics required 2. 2+ years’ logistics or genera transportation experience 3. 2+ years’ management or supervisory experience 4. Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills. 5. High degree of integrity, maturity and pleasant personality. 6. Must be able to work weekends, evening and holidays due to unforeseen circumstances. 7. Strong computer skills required. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 to RM3,000.00 /month Experience: Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)
