Security Officer, Luxury Residential Site, Ballsbridge Dublin 4 Our goal at Provincial is simple. We want to provide a best-in-class service to our clients. The Security Officer will ensure all functions mentioned below are carried out in an efficient and effective manner whilst providing support to the clients as requested. The role will carry a significant amount of responsibility and will require a strong stakeholder with extensive front of house, events and customer service experience. The Security Officer holds responsibility to assist with the planning, delivery and review of all aspects of security risk assessment, manning, deployment and management of the end to end events process at the client’s location. This role is on a full-time basis and is located in Dublin 4. The Security Officer must: Work with management and clients in order to provide a consistent and secure experience / environment both clients and visitors to the site. Monitor and control access to the site. Issue contractor badges and monitor their movement on site Serve as the liaison between clients and visitors. Deliver professional meet & greet service to all visitors. Have a detailed understanding of the client’s core values and culture, and work toward this during all interactions. Assist customers with all requests. Be knowledgeable about the role in order to fulfil a request from the customer, visitor or guest. Deliver Results & Exceed Customer Expectations. Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems. Special Skills and Attributes include: The chosen candidate shall have a minimum of two years’ experience within a similar level position in customer service or hospitality. Must have strong customer service experience. Must work responsively and cooperatively with the client’s Security and Safety Management structures Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual and stressful circumstances. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Assertiveness, with strong influencing skills. Ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures. Action orientated with a passion for getting things done quickly, efficiently and properly. Competent with Microsoft Office and able to learn new technologies. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level. Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.). Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player. The candidate must be flexible with availability for working hours to include evenings and weekends when necessary.
