Provincial Floorcoverings Ltd is a highly successful Irish business and has over 40 years’ experience in the flooring industry. The company employs 40+ staff and operates from 3 sites in Limerick, Dublin, and Belfast, with 150,000 sq. ft. of warehousing. PFL is a family owned business and the leading flooring distributor in Ireland. We are now looking for a new Internal Sales Assistant to join our successful sales team. The Role: The Successful candidate will be based in our Dublin branch and will be responsible for taking sales calls, processing orders, handling interbranch transactions, and supporting the external sales team. Administration work will also be required. You will be working with a successful team and within a business-to-business environment. Full training will be provided. For this Sales Assistant position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: Experience in internal sales is an advantage. Excellent organisational and inter-personal skills. Strong customer service skills Deal with enquiries from customers and the external sales team. Good communication skills. You will ideally have some experience of Excel and using Intact iQ or a similar package. Driven and confident candidates are sought.
