System Administrator (Closed) Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. – Computers; M.Tech – Any Specialization, Computers, Electronics/Telecommunication, MBA/PGDM – Finance, Information Technology Skills required: – Network configuration and troubleshooting – Understand & fulfilling users requests on IT applications like Ms-Office, Adobe & others business applications – Execute & manage local support of application & escalate to central IT in case of deviations via ITSM tool – Maintain SLA of all IT tickets raised for infra & applications and ensure resolution for the same with good user feedback and their wow experience – Manage & maintain CCTV, local network, User computer device, etc. Coordinate with vendors for timely resolution of issues – Manage & update daily Daily/Weekly CCTV Reports – Manage & support new IT projects in accord of IT setup, train new users/IT executives & manage the local development of IT setup project. – Manage local IT Procurement & implementations – Manage Antivirus, Ms office & other applications and other IT Security equipment – Logging of call with OEM / partners in case of any errors/break downs/maintains required – Resolve day to day issues related to Desktop, Laptop, Servers, Printer, Wi-Fi, etc. and provide updates to managers – Perform root-cause analysis on repeated issues to enable future prevention – Implement operate and maintain Server Virtualization – Manage and maintain local IT inventory with proper tagging and bi monthly asset verification – IT Asset Tagging and updating the same in IT Inventory Sheet, Manage the Assets Inventory.
