4 or 5 days per week Singapore/Work From Home £25-35K Basic + Commission - OTE £40-50K This is a fabulous opportunity to join a fast-growing, hugely successful recruitment agency and help us expand our International medical / healthcare recruitment operations. The primary focus of the role is on generating GP candidates to work for our General Practice clients in Australia (also a bit or work in Singapore), so the working hours will need to broadly line up with our Australian clients’ business hours. It could be a 4 or 5 day week and realistically, you could perform the role from anywhere in the world. If it’s of interest, the role could develop into a ‘Country Manager’ position, whereby you would be managing a team of Consultants recruiting across a number of our specialist divisions. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Prospect Health is a UK-based recruitment agency that specialises in placing medical and healthcare specialists with clients across the UK and internationally. We’re already placing doctors into private hospitals and GP practices in Australia, China, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain and we’re now looking to expand our international recruiting operations, focusing particularly on the Australian market. We’re already generating candidates within both the UK and Australia and placing them into GP Practices in Australia and in the first instance, this is the area of operations we’d like to expand. In order to do so, we need to start lining up our working hours with the Australian market a little better than we are right now, so we’re specifically looking for someone who is located in either Australia or Singapore. We’re prepared to make this either a 4 or 5 day week (depending on your preference) and each working day would likely be 7 hours, so it could be a pretty short week for a very good financial reward, as long as you don’t mind the unusual hours! The critical key to success in this market sector (as with most of the sectors we operate in), is the ability to generate candidates, so the primary focus of the role is candidate generation. This is an area in which Prospect Health has developed market-leading, cutting edge strategies, so it should simply be a case of integrating yourself with the existing team and running with it from there. We’re happy for this to remain a candidate-focussed recruitment consulting role but there would also be an option longer-term for you to build and develop a team of Consultants providing recruitment services to clients in Australia and Singapore, across several of the sectors we work in, such as vets, dentists, optometrists, audiologists and medical devices sales.
