Propel Finance is a disruptive challenger in Asset Finance, owned by Private Equity and led by a new and dynamic executive management team. It is a market leader in vendor finance, with outstanding technology and service offerings, supporting equipment suppliers across the UK with bespoke finance programmes. It has a regionally based direct customer asset finance offering which it plans to expand aggressively, starting with its Sales and Relationship Management functions. It is currently supporting approximately 40,000 SMEs, growing at 10,000 per annum. It is a multi-award winning business, growing revenues at 20% pa, with plans to double origination and balance sheet over the next 3 years. It is a tier 1 funder, with access to significant funding lines to support its business growth. Mission Responsible for setting up new customer agreements where accuracy, speed and the achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are key. Responsibilities Maintain accurate records on our electronic systems and scan and file documents accordingly Handling customer queries by telephone of email in a polite and timely manner Send Welcome Packs to customers per deadlines in place and adhere to our security standards Work collaboratively with team mates and other departments to ensure the best possible service, within agreed SLAs Manage in-bound calls and e-mails within agreed service levels Follow all Group processes, procedures and regulatory requirements e.g. Data Protection, always ensuring compliance Build and maintain a strong knowledge of core leasing products and ancillary services in equipment leasing Key result area Ensure all lease proposals are turned around within the agreed service standards All documentation is completed/checked accurately within a timely manner Effective pipeline management and query resolution To ensure all internal policies and regulatory procedures are followed Qualifications and Skills GCSE English and Maths (Grade A-C) Background in general administrative duties High attention to detail with ability to input data accurately Ability to work to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and with ability to use various software applications Excellent communication skill with ability to liaise effectively with other team members, departments and customers Works as part of a team, demonstrating co-operation and flexibility Experience with checking documentation – adhering to policies, procedures, legal contracts Experience in a regulated Financial Services environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be given Team and culture fit is essential Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
