We design and build industry-leading hydrocarbon processing facilities for installation around the world. We are currently seeking a Training Analyst to review, update and create formal hazard assessments, safe work practices, safe job procedures for review and approval of HSE Manager. The Training Analyst is responsible for booking, supervision of online training, orientations and completion of office worksite inspections for office environments on monthly basis. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and deliver new hire, contractor, visitor and new hire orientations every morning and afternoon as required to ensure OHS / COR requirements. Schedule, book, prepare / distribute material to facilitate the delivery of online courses available through various training databases, internal and external in order to meet the demand of the training needs for a very large employee base in Airdrie, as well as branches in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario. Class sizes will vary according to need. Review, update, create formal hazard assessments, safe work practices, safe job procedures for review and approval of HSE Manager to meet OHS / COR requirements. Review all Safety FLHA’s, permits, specialized hazard assessments for identification of completeness, errors for feedback to Supervisors and Safety Department to ensure the full commitment of supervisors to the Safety Management System. Complete office worksite inspections on monthly basis as required by OHS / COR requirements. Qualifications: Completion of high school required. Health & Safety Administrator (HSA) or equivalent required. National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) or equivalent would be desirable but not required. Familiarity with OHS Legislation and Safety Management Systems. Experience with database entry, database scheduling. 1 year experience would be preferable. Familiarity with industry best practices and standards. Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, tools in order to help with understanding of operations.
