Proof. is an artisanal bakery and coffee store in Happy Valley where everything is hand made from raw ingredients. We have a menu that changes every week but stays simple: excellent bread, pastries, espresso coffee and tea. The Baker’s Assistant position is responsible for carrying out daily operations of the bakery’s production schedule under the direction of the Baker and Pastry Chef.
