Position Purpose: Pre-Sales Support for Regional Team and Partners. Post-Sales Support for Regional Team and Partners. Increase awareness of and drive tangible outcomes with Promethean’s Education ethos. Provide the Regional Team and Partners with understanding of how technology brings about education benefits. Development of a new multi-pillar education support platform that includes content, training, certification, bid and project support. Pre-sales education consulting and support for high level government engagement and tender support. Build a content program that includes partnerships with universities, teacher colleges, MOE and publishers. Manage Promethean training and certification platform through a hub and spoke model for customers & partners. Geographical scope: ASEAN. Key Responsibilities and Impact of Position: EDUCATION DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE Clearly understands regional Education Landscape. Build and manage a sustainable Training Programme / Platform that increase Partner proficiency in understanding Education and relating that understanding to Promethean’s Education Solution offerings. Bridge regional team to functional Education team in Promethean’s organization for updates and communication. Support regional Sales Team with Education Consulting. PRE-SALES SUPPORT Develop and execute a sustainable Training Programme / Platform to increase Demo and Presentation competencies of all Partners. Support the regional Sales Team with Presentations and Demo for high level government engagement. Support regional Sales Team with Pre-Sales Proposals for Projects and Tenders. Develop and execute a Content Programme (that includes partnerships with universities, teacher colleges, MOE and publishers) which is aligned to objectives of Strategic Alliances team. POST-SALES SUPPORT Develop and execute a sustainable Training & Certification Programme / Platform to increase training and certification competencies of all Partners. Develop and implement a sustainable Training Model that Partners can adopt to increase long term adoption of Promethean Education Solutions. Develop and execute a sustainable Community Engagement Programme / Platform to engage customers, ultimately growing a community of users who are evangelists or ambassadors. SALES & MARKETING SUPPORT Working with the Product Marketing Manager, offer expertise on Solution creation: Education, Corporate, Government (Ministry of Defence, Police Force etc). PROJECTS & FOLLOW UP SUPPORT Support Post-Sales Implementation: Together with the Product Marketing Manager, analyse measureable impact of deployed solution. Working with Partner Support and Channel Partners, ensure deployment is in accordance to Tender Service Level Agreement.. Build Project Case Files: content includes Project Background, Implemented Solution, Rationale, Deployment Methodology, Training Methodology, Results and potentially a Qualitative and/or Quantitative Study (done together with the Product Marketing Manager). Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts, Education, Pedagogy or equivalent. Masters of Education or higher qualifications in pedagogical studies are a plus. Minimum 5 years working experience in an education-related capacity. Knowledge of Asian school curriculum and experience of working at Ministry of Education is highly valued. Excellent command of English (written and oral). Knowledge of Mandarin and other Asian language (eg. Bahasa Indonesia, Japanese, Korean etc) is considered an advantage. Excellent communications skills (written and oral). Excellent presentation skills. Key Factors for Success in the Position: Strong personal knowledge of regional education landscape. Strong personal knowledge of technology and education. Good team player. High ability to maintain composure and perform well under pressure. Deadline driven approach to the various deliverables.
