Customer Service Reps support existing customers managing their policies Claims Reps care for customers who’ve been in an accident Must-have qualifications One or more years of college education or relevant work experience which includes: Customer service, sales and/or influencing others Fast paced and changing environment Multitasking and time management Effective communication, verbally and in writing Computer skills Live within 75 miles of Mayfield location Pay rate: $16 to $19.90 per hour depending on experience, plus: An additional 10-15% when you work evening or weekend hours Performance-based rewards $500 sign-on bonus if you have a Property & Casualty license Schedule: Most schedules will include a weekend day and evening hours after completion of training We offer the convenience of a casual dress code and the potential to work from home.
