Responsibilities and Duties – · Configure, install, and maintain PCs, Networks, printing devices, peripherals, and software · Provide direct customer service and technical support to users on site · Install, configure and maintain network applications and application distribution systems · Ensure all sites comply with the company’s IT Security Systems, by implementing and maintaining network standards and guidelines · Provide technical support for Windows OS, and Office · Provide technical support for IOS, and Android mobile devices, including set-up and troubleshooting · Keep up with current industry trends, including research and testing of new software, hardware, and other technology · Create process documents and procedures for end-users · Must be able to manage and complete small to large scale projects Requirements – · 5-6 years of working in an IT support environment · 3-4 years’ experience with Enterprise and Microsoft Network environment · Excellent communications skills - including verbal, written, desk side and telephone etiquette · Excellent time-management and organization skills · Post-secondary education in computer technology · Excellent understanding of IT best practices · Ability to lift computer equipment as necessary Salary will be based upon experience.
