We’re looking for a Creative Artworker with a good knowledge of design principles and great technical skills to support the design process and delivery function at this dynamic B2B agency in Marlow You will be working with a broad range of well-known brands on projects ranging from brochures to leaflets, packaging to point of sale, emails to websites but there will also be a strong focus on creating powerful pitch work for new clients. The design team are continually challenged creatively, and you’ll be a key part to the continuation of their award-winning work. Whether you’re working to perfect a print campaign or ensuring that email campaigns are pixel perfect, you'll need a good knowledge of design principles and be able to work to brand guidelines and specific briefs, ensuring that production deadlines are being met and that the client services team are updated of project progress along the way. You’ll need to… Have a creative eye and appreciation for design, along with a key eye for detail including spelling and grammar Be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Any knowledge of HTML would be an advantage too Be organised and have an ability to jump between projects as necessary Have an excellent understanding of print processes and knowledge of packaging design Have a positive can-do attitude Have an ability to remain calm under pressure Have an ability to work quickly and efficiently and meet tight deadlines Have great visual and verbal communication skills Be self-motivated, driven and passionate with a desire to develop your skills Have a few years of experience working within a creative studio environment This is a real opportunity to make a splash at a genuinely lovely agency.
