Job Summary Our growing company is currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager. In this role, the IT Project Manager will be responsible for the planning of technology projects, managing our team of IT professionals, implementing technology security and the execution of all technology-related tasks and initiatives. A Technical Project Manager is responsible for providing project planning and management for established initiatives within a company. They ensure that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget. A Technical Project Manager is the lead subject matter expert within the company regarding technology concerns. Responsibilities and Duties Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects Determine and define clear deliverable, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Required 1+ years’ experience as an IT professional Required 2+ years’ supervisory experience in an IT Department Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Job Type: Full-time Experience: Information Technology: 1 year (Required) work: 1 year (Required) total work: 1 year (Required) Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Benefits: Paid leaves / Leave encashment Travel allowance Flexible work hours Education assistance Phone / Internet reimbursement Industry: Management
