Responsibilities and Duties The challenges for client servicing member is to create and maintain long term business relationships with timely service and precise query resolution We are looking for candidates who has flair of independent account management, upselling, complaint handling and who believe in working in shifts to align with global customer Excellent in written and spoken English, with neutral accent Experience with key account management preferable International exposure outbound or inbound preferred Experience in data management, MS Office, Outlook and excel, skype calling, linkedin. Experience of Australia/US/Europe market Qualifications and Skills Any Graduate Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹30,000.00 to ₹40,000.00 /month Experience: total work: 1 year (Required) Benefits: Provident fund (PF) Health insurance Shift allowance
