Priority Logistics inc is looking for a Data entry / Customer service person in our fast-growing company to work in our Mississauga office 10:30am-6:30pm.Tuesday-Friday & 7:30am-3:30pm Saturdays. Please do only apply if you have 1 Year minimum experience in the transportation industry. Our office is conveniently located near Hwy 401 and Dixie Rd. The ideal candidate must be: Punctual and attentive Self motivated for success Willing to learn, adapt and be a quick thinker Be a team player Be a leader and can give directions. Have strong phone and computer skills Needs to have good writing skills - grammar/spelling Must have 1 year knowledge of transportation software eg. Enter data using TruckMate/Excel must have experience in the transportation industry. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Duties/Responsibilities: Arrange and schedule pick up and delivery appointments Provide customers with updates/ track and trace shipments Assign and plan pick ups and deliveries for drivers Email/call customers and follow up with carriers to ensure that shipments are in transit Enter data using TruckMate/Excel Negotiate rates when required Work Schedule - to be discussed with successful candidates Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.00 /hour Full Benefits after 1 Year of employment.
