Communications and Marketing Manager Location: Split between Banbury and Bicester Hours: Part- time: 22.5 -30 Hours per week Salary: Circa £40,000 - £45,000 FTE (Depending on experience) THE COMPANY Established in 2004, PML is a not for profit company employing around 200 employees providing NHS primary care and community services to patients in areas within Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire. THE ROLE This is a fantastic opportunity which has become available for an accomplished Communications and Marketing Manager to join the company. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and working closely with the Executive Team, with the support of the Communications Officer, you will provide expert leadership on external and internal communications and stakeholder engagement, media relations, and engagement projects. You will implement the communication strategy and support the Executive Team in event organisation and communicating as well as promoting the Company’s visions for future services. You will also be an experienced senior communications lead working in either journalism, media communications, public relations, or a marketing environment and ideally will have worked in both commercial and public sector setting.
