Manager, IT Communications & Organizational Change Management Santa Clarita, CA The Holland America Group is currently searching for a highly motivated Manager, IT Communications & Organizational Change Management who will be responsible for overseeing resources and activities of the IT communications team and to play a key role in ensuring IT project initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. Responsibilities Maintain existing communications programs and develop new programs including the creation of original content, design of communications, and request for approvals, through publishing Act as process lead for Organizational Change Management focusing on the people side of change for business process changes, changes to systems, technology, job roles and organizational structures Create and implement change management strategies to help maximize employee adoption and mitigate resistance Oversee all resources and activities under the IT change management team Ensure that appropriate controls are in place prior to communicating anything outside of the Communication and change management team including initial reviews with trusted partners, to approvals from upper management, finance, HR or a combination thereof depending on the situation and content Create and continuously evolve Change Management strategy and objectives Produce regular management reports such as activity, status, risks, timelines, and forecasts Develop talent sufficient to fill and maintain staffing levels within areas of responsibility Demonstrate leadership consistent with our corporate code of ethics as well as team level mission and value statements Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, English and/or Business related degree 5-7 years’ experience in communications or change management related positions In-depth communications and change management experience Experience with IT- related communications (or familiarity with IT terminology) preferred Experience designing and implementing large-scale OCM programs, and designing and leading communications efforts for multiple projects in support of global technology implementations Experience managing OCM rollout, and managing end user training process Solid computer skills with business computer applications (Sharepoint, Teams, and One drive preferred) Prior experience with web publishing and content management Demonstrated experience as a workshop facilitator – lead discussion, facilitate sessions (not training) Up to 10% domestic and international travel Ability to work beyond normal business hours occasionally to support business needs, projects or provide operational support Benefits Flexible Work Schedule! 9/80 alternative workweek schedule providing each employee with one (1) weekday off every two weeks Time off benefits - 8 paid holidays, paid vacation and paid sick time Travel - Cruise and Travel Privileges for you and your family Health - Complete benefit plans including medical, dental, vision and flexible spending accounts Wellness - Health and wellness programs Education Assistance - up to 80% with a maximum of $3000 per calendar year 401(k) - with Company match Employee Stock Purchase Plan - up to a 15% discount off of FMV of CCL stock Training - In-house Discover U courses on professional development Rewards & Incentives - Employee Recognition and Reward Programs; rideshare, financial commuter incentives; special employee discounts for banking services and retail stores Next Steps… Apply today and set sail on an exciting new career course!
