JOB SUMMARY This job directly reports to the Regional Merchandising Operations Manager and is responsible for all Customer item for repair and defective stock units of the assign region. JOB SPECIFICATIONS 1. Education: Graduate of Vocational Courses is applicable, with NC2 or NC3 certificate for Electronic Technician 2. Number of Hours of Relevant Trainings: None 3. Number of years of relevant experience: At least 2 years or relevant working experience as electronic technician, expertise should be brown lines not white lines, willing to travel 4.
