Oversee PLC and SCADA software development, Testing and Commissioning. Oversee Environment Control Systems and Tunnel Ventilation Control Systems in MRT stations. Oversee interface design and implementation between various third party systems using Modbus, BACNet and other open protocols. Oversee fieldbus and Ethernet design and implementation as per the System Architecture designs. Lead supervisors/technicians in BMS’ field work at sites. Supervises departmental policies, procedures and standard of work performance. Implement and direct a program to ensure efficient execution of turnkey projects. Co-ordinates departmental activities and responsibilities with other departments. Provide functional direction to assigned personnel. Monitor and control operation to achieve the targeted turn-around time, productivity, quality, environmental, occupational health & safety standards. Provide safe custody, control and maintenance of all equipment and special tools used by the department. Propose and implement improvement works to client. Establish and maintain courteous / co-operative relationship with clients. Control project budget. Requirements: 1. Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering / Process Automation / Building Technology. 2. Knowledge of Mitsubishi or Schneider PLC is preferred 3. Knowledge of SCADA Intellution iFIX or Mitsubishi MC Works is preferred. 4. Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus or BACNet preferred). 5. Certificate in PMP is advantageous but not necessary. 6. At least 8 years’ experience in management of Building Management Systems and/or Mechanical & Electrical turnkey projects. 7. A resourceful individual with good organization, time management and problem solving skills. 8. A team player and at the same time able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
