A. Job Summary The position is primary responsible for on-site project management. Coordinate all project related concerns to proper personnel/group. Ownership of project from kick-off to project close-out. B. Duties and Responsibilities *Project Implementation Responsibilities: Supervise ordering and delivery of local materials to be procured for the project Site management Installation coordination (coordination with other trades and drawing approvals) Preparation of progress reports & supporting documents for billing and change orders Cost Estimates Direct supervision of site/project based personnel Review and manage project cost. Ensure project installation specifications are followed & documented. Project close-out & Turn-Over * Coordinate product related concerns and on site changes with systems technical support. * Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time. C. Qualifications 1. Licensed Electrical/Electronics/ Engineer 2. At least Two (2) years project management experience preferably in Building Management System or in ELV Systems and Electrical. 3. Good customer service skills. 4. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. 5. At least two (2) years of experience in any of the following areas: a. Cost Estimates b. System Commissioning c. Project management/implementation 6. Knowledge on the following: a. Electrical and Mechanical equipment b. Construction safety c. Advance computer operation (Office, CADD/MS Visio) Job Type: Full-time Salary: Php18,000.00 to Php25,000.00 /month Experience: Project Management: 1 year (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Location: Manila (Preferred) License: Electronics Engineer (Required) Benefits: Health Insurance Life Insurance Paid Leave Paternal / Maternal Leave Paid Overtime Opportunities
