The Company Medicom® is a growing global provider of high-quality infection control and patient care products. We have presence on five continents through sales, logistics and manufacturing sites. Our product line spans from dental, veterinary and industrial to medical single-use supplies, as well as a comprehensive line of oral health care products. The Role The Customer Service Officer role will complete a variety of tasks but will include: Processing customer orders Customer queries with respect to price, product information and delivery times Support sales manager and representatives in customer management Answering incoming sales calls Adhoc administration tasks to support the team as required For success in this role The ideal candidate will have: Excellent communication skills attuned to customers at all levels Some knowledge of SAP is preferred An ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent skills in Microsoft excel Excellent attention to detail and flexibility with tasks Previous logistics and customer service experience is a strong advantage Commitment to the customer and the team, with an interest to develop additional skills.
